Think Better – Discover the Power of Improved Heart-rate Variability / ~60min
This workshop introduces the science of heart rate variability (HRV) and its relevance to improved brain function. HRV can be improved by anyone. In this workshop we’ll see real-time changes in HRV with the use of a biofeedback device. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to improve their impulsive reactions to stressors or reduce anxiety. It’s also great for those looking to improve their pre-event mind-space, whether that be in sport or business.
Lower Belly Bulge / ~60min
Lower belly bulge can be caused by intestinal inflammation and/or poor abdominal conditioning. This seminar will discuss both with significant consideration to gastrointestinal health. This seminar is especially important if you’re not getting the desired results from your current exercise program. Food intolerances, leaky gut, and specific abdominal exercises will be presented.
Binge and Overeating / ~60min
Overeating and binge eating are rarely due to a lack of willpower. This workshop is designed to bring awareness to some of the triggers of binge eating and overeating, as well as practical methods to overcome this.
Acid Indigestion (GERD) / ~60min
Acid indigestion is a real pain. Millions suffer with this and it’s more than just a nuisance. Acid imbalances can cause real problems and the common remedy are prescription or OTC antacids. However, stomach acid is crucial for absorption of amino acids, B-vitamins, minerals, enzyme production, and killing pathogens. This seminar discusses the probable causes of indigestion, how the stomach secretes acid and the purpose it serves, what problems can occur from blocking acid with medications, and some of the lifestyle factors including diet, eating behaviors, supplements, and drugs that can have an effect.

Poor sleep is responsible for a myriad of health issues, including mood disorders, decreased metabolism, and decreased performance. Proper sleep begins in the morning. This seminar first discusses the importance of sleep and the negative impact if you’re not getting enough. In other words, they don’t have the structural strength to handle the impact forces of landing on a single leg for thousands of repetitions. This seminar addresses this concern with the following:
